Virtual Human Resource

Virtual Human Resource is the vast term now a day. It provides the solution and offers a complete and comprehensive risk assessment of your applicants. Whether it is background verification or drug screening, let us screen your applicants to eliminate the potential risk of a bad hire. Don't wait until the lawsuits have been filed; or an employee causes a serious accident, steals from co-workers, and embezzles money or worse.
To understand the term we need to know the basics of the Virtual Human Resource, the tools, the system and the driving force which are related to it. Before going ahead take a glance towards some basics term of the VHR.

The term Virtual can be defined as………
Virtual services are those whose members interact primarily through electronic communications and members of a virtual team may be within the same building or across continents.
Human Resource can be defined as ………
Scarcest and most crucial productive resource that creates the largest and longest lasting advantage for an organization. It resides in the knowledge, skills, and motivation of people, is the least mobile of the four factors of production, and (under right conditions) learns and grows better with age and experience which no other resource can.
“Virtual HR” can be defined as………

“Virtual HR relies on technology, ranging from multimedia personal computers to voice-response communication systems to corporate Intranets, that brings employees into direct contact with their organization’s human resource system. Moreover, with Virtual HR, many of the typical HR tasks are accomplished without the direct involvement of the HR department.”

Virtual HR system can be defined as…….

Virtual HR System is an innovative new simulation technology that gives you a cost effective and convenient tool for connecting with applicants, employees, and customers. Whether you’re looking to streamline your interview process, gather opinion/survey data, present new product information, or assess skill/technical ability, Aerosoft  is the ideal platform to present and gather key information with a click of a button.

Driving Forces………
·         Technology
·         Reengineering
·         High-Speed Management
·         Networked Organizations
·         Knowledge Workers
·         Globalization
·         Paradigm Shifts

Virtual Reality…

·        Virtual work environments
·         Unlimited applications
·         Beyond real world scenarios

Virtual Human Resource Services…….. In our enlightened--and lawsuit-mad--world, businesses must tread carefully to make certain they don't accidentally step on employees' toes. This causes problems for small and midsized companies that don't have the time, the staff or the expertise to deal with all those complex and constantly changing human resources issues. If you're a human resources expert, you can solve these problems by offering your expertise as a virtual human resources service. The advantages to this business are that you can work at home and the field is recession-proof. The worse things get financially, the greater a company's tendency to outsource and since this is work that can't legally be ignored, and you’ll always be in demand. You'll need a solid up-to-date knowledge of human resources issues and how to handle them, an aptitude for accounting and record-keeping, and the sales skills to sell your services to your clients.

Your customers will be small and midsized businesses that either have no human resources departments or might prefer to downsize and outsource to you. Direct-mail your brochure and sales letters to these firms, then follow up with phone calls. Write articles for the business section of local publications. Give talks to business groups. Introduce yourself to bankers, accountants, attorneys specializing in small business, insurance agents--anybody who deals with small and start-up businesses and can give you referrals.

Writing a blog is much of a new experience for me. So here I am, finally diving into the vast ocean of BLOGGING…………

To begin with, I am a girl born with vision, seeing beyond the humdrum to catch the slight difference that can make all the difference in a person’s life.

I am an enthusiast, a hardworking, practical, interactive and an extremely meticulous girl. I am courageous rather a ‘worrier’, once into something I don’t let it go so easily until I succeed. Patience and perseverance are my MANTRA of life. I have a penchant (strong inclination) for details. I am at times pragmatic and apprehensive. Modesty and diligence is something that I proudly possess. I am analytical about things and a big time perfectionist.

I am a girl who loves challenges, I am a nature lover. I love exploring every avenue of life and get the most out of it. I like to play Badminton & I am too much found of reading books and novels, articles. My favorite pass time is sketching and, surfing net and interacting with people in social networking sites.

As far as my educational background is concerned, Hindi has been the medium of my education till graduation. I have passed my 10th and 12th from MP Board in the year of 2002 and 2004 respectively. I pursued my Bachelor’s in commerce and computer application.  I had worked as an Accountant as well as front desk executive in “CAREER ACADEMY” simultaneously while pursuing my Bachelor’s degree, for the period of 6 months. I continued working there as a Personnel Administration Officer on my 2nd and 3rd year of graduation for 2 years. I graduated in the year of 2007. I have always been into extracurricular activities during my school and college days:-

  • Active participation in sports events at District & State level (Badminton) from 2002 till 2007.
  • Appointed member of the commerce council of the college student union in 2004-05.
  • Certificate course in Computer Accountancy Package (Tally 5.4) with grade “A” in 2006.
  • Project Report on Computer Fundamental & Introduction of DBMS in 2007.
  •  Certification in Office Automation & Internet (COA) with grade “A” in 2007.

Life was much of struggle during the time leap I had taken to prepare myself to get into the field of MBA. I had to face lot of problems regarding English language. In the beginning I felt like fish out of water, in this world which is always going around its business and where everybody is scurrying around like busy ants. But later I proved to be a dark horse, and it was all because of my perseverance. I appeared for most of the Aptitude tests at National level in the year of 2007.

Finally I enrolled myself in Sinhgad Institute of Management, Vadgaon (SIOM), Pune- Maharastra in the year of 2008 for PGDM (HR) AICTE+PGDM (MKT) AUTONOMOUS. I always had a strong inclination toward being a “'Jack of all trades'”. So I acted upon it, while pursuing my PG. I actively participated in extracurricular activity viz; Debates, PPT Presentations, Paper presentations, Case studies, Fashion Shows and Volunteered for the annual College Fest (KARANDAK).
I have done courses in the following:
  • Certification Course in Financial Account (CCFA) with grade “A” in 2008.
  • Active participation in WOW (Window of World) Competition & stood third in the overall college level in 2008.
  • Certification of language Competence (PTCLC) from PT Education in 2008.
I have also done two internships namely:-

Winter Internship (1 Month):
Management Trainee
  • Name of Company      :  Future Group (Big Bazaar) Indore (MP)
  • Project Title               :  Human Resource Management in an Organization
  • Scope of the Project   :  Employee Recruitment, Training & maintenance of attendance record.

Summer Internship (2 month):
Management Trainee
  • Name of Company      :  Heidelberg India Private LTD. Damoh  (MP)
  • Project Title               :  Personnel management and recruitment policies in Heidelberg.
  • Scope of the Project  :  Employee Recruitment, Training & development.

Two years of Post Graduation have been the toughest phase of my life. Meeting people from different sorts of backgrounds and of different nature was a new experience for me. Handling and communicating with these people was not an easy job. On the other hand the schedule was so hectic that I could not give time to myself. But as the time passed, I managed to mould myself into the environment. These two years of my life are etched vividly in my memory. As the college life was coming to an end I was inquisitive about my new life, a new job and my first step into a new world. At the same time the feeling of departing from friends and loved ones was getting me nostalgic. The days of my Post gradation has taught me a lot and I value these experiences.
I always wanted to work as an HR Manager in an IT industry. This was my goal ever since I was in 10th Std. But due to recession I planned to work in a non IT sector and ‘wait for my calling’.

Chaitanya Placement (Manpower Placement), Pune (M.H.)
Job Profile: Recruitment Officer
                   : Jan ’10 – June ’1o
I resigned from Chaitanya Placements because I was not able to focus on my ultimate goal that is working in an IT industry. So here I am waiting for the time to be ripe and henceforth make my career in IT sector.
I have always been and will be interested in establishing my career in core HR. I love to solve the issues or case studies related to industrial relation as well as human resource. I always judge a situation, by assuming myself in the situation first and then giving a verdict on it.

I love solving problems related to people and solving disputes as well. I am an empathetic listener. I would love to share my experiences and innovative thoughts, rather in a practical sense and not in the same old bookish language, for it to be easily understood by every being.I will be commencing my blog with the knowledge I posses in HR, keeping in view the current trends in the subject. The bottom line of my blogs would be, to provide solutions and answer the questions of all you bloggers there.

Once and for all live a joyous life.
